Philosophy & Organic and Biodynamic Farming
For 15 years, our approach has led us to an agriculture without excess: that is to say a complete stop while weeding, and a complete stop to fertilizer and chemicals.
We seek first of all to revive our soil, so the plant gets all the minerals in deeper soil, and thus it provides the most natural result possible.
In 2008, we asked a certifying conversion to organic. It will be obtained for the vintage 2011.
10 years later, in 2021, we decided to start a conversion in biodynamic with Biodyvin's certification label.
Every year, in September the harvest time comes and they are made entirely by hand. Sorting is performed if necessary.
The winemaking is done by selecting plots and varieties.
Traditional fermentation is treated with a reassembly and shedding followed by a long maceration time.
